24 Hour Emergency Service: Oxygen emergency assistance is available to our customers through our telephone answering service.
Reimbursement Assistance: Medicare and most Managed Care Insurances accepted, when applicable.
Customer Instruction and Training: A trained staff member insures that each customer is fully trained on the operation and care of equipment.
Customer Assessment: A trained staff member meets with and assesses the needs of the customer with respect to the services and equipment provided. Customers are continually monitored and assessment updated to insure service is timely and current.
Consultations: Sunrise staff will meet, as required, with the referral personnel or with the customer to solve any matter involving home care services.
